Shipping policy

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours for orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday (GMT), with items arriving within the UK in 24-48 hours of an order being placed.

We offer the following shipping services within the UK:​

There may be delays in delivery due to Covid-19. Please allow an extra 48 hours for all orders to be delivered currently.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days of items being received. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee which means that we’ll refund, replace or exchange your order whether you have used your products or not up to 30 days after.  All customers will be responsible for the return postage cost and ensuring that they have satisfactory proof of postage.

If you have any issues with your order (i.e. incorrect or faulty), please contact us by contact@amelecosmetics.co.uk and our Customer Services team will work  to resolve this issue immediately.

30 day guarantee policy

Orders must be returned to us within 30 days and must be looked at according to the guides on our website. If these rules are not followed, returned items will be sent back to the sender.

To return an item, please contact us by contact@amelecosmetics.co.uk and our Customer Services team will contact you with all the instructions for your return. We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours and approve or reject these requests within 48 hours.
